Open Events – Virtual

St Mark’s School Virtual Open Event

It gives me great pleasure in welcoming you to St Mark’s School very first virtual Open Event for parents/carers and Y5/6 pupils looking for a school place in Sep 2022.

Our school vision and values underpin all that we strive to do for our students which, in a nutshell, is the pursuit of excellence for all of them in all that they do. Being a student at St Mark’s is about being the best you can be at all times. Our job as staff is to maintain a caring, respectful, inclusive community, where we cultivate a desire for our students to learn, take risks and accept challenges.

Last year, we created a series of videos to introduce you to our wonderful school and to give you a glimpse of some of the amazing opportunities available here. Obviously, we would much rather have met you in person and so please accept our apologies that we have not been able to do this due to the current COVID-19 restrictions.

Visiting St Mark’s School

At present we are not be able to allow parents and their children to visit for a tour of the school during the school day. However we are able to arrange meetings either in school, or remotely, with specialist staff such as the SENCo or the School Nursing Officer for children with additional needs.

We would also encourage you to explore our website, and follow our social media channels for an insight into the life of the school.

Good luck in your choices and apologies that we are not able to see you in person.

Mr Barnaby Ash
