Success for A Level Students

Students at St Mark’s, Bath, were celebrating today having received their A Level results after years of hard work and study at St Mark’s and the New Sixth. Barnaby Ash, Headteacher at St Mark’s, was delighted with the outcome, “We congratulate our A Level students on their successes and personal achievements.”

 Amongst the headline figures, results data shows that:

  • 72% secured A*-C grades
  • Almost half of all results were at the highly coveted A*-B grades
  • 97% of all A Level entries achieved A*-E pass grade
  • 100% of all students secured an offer at their higher education or employment pathway of choice.

 Among the many success stories, notable achievements included Evie K who achieved B, B, C, C grades and will now progress onto Falmouth University to study Dance and Choreography; William O who achieved pleasing grades in a number of social science subjects and Marley J who achieved success across a number of sciences and will now progress onto Falmouth University to study Games Design

“I am proud of our students’ achievements today. Of course, they were well supported by our dedicated team of staff and were well prepared by our amazing teachers. We wish them the very best of luck for their exciting future plans.”
