New GCSEs Fact Sheet
As many of you will be aware, GCSEs have changed considerably this year. Our school leavers this year are the first year group to sit the new GCSEs in English and Maths, meaning they will get grades 9-1 rather than A*-G in these subjects.
Our current Year 10 and for all future years will be sitting brand new courses in every subject and achieving grades 9-1 in all of their qualifications. This means that results gained this summer and next summer are not comparable to previous years as, not only have the grades changed, but the course content has also changed drastically in all subjects.
